THERAPIST

  • I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) based in Seattle, Washington. As a therapist, it is my deep joy and privilege to cultivate a relationship rooted in safety, respect, and a deep appreciation for every part of your story.

My passion lies at the intersection of theology, spirituality, and counseling. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and a Masters in Theology from the University of St. Andrews. I’m also certified in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through the Allender Center.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I work with both individuals and couples, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including depth-oriented psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, trauma-informed care, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I tailor my approach to the unique goals and personality of each client, trusting that healing unfolds uniquely for every person.

At the core of my work is the belief that every person is made in the image of God. I approach therapy with reverence for your story and hope for your healing. CONNECT WITH ME.

CERTIFIED FUNCTIONAL NUTRIONIST

  • While working with children and adults with autism and other neurological disorders, I noticed how behaviors and recovery changed with a change in diet. This spurred me on to discover the why, seek to learn more from the leaders in the field of functional medicine, and take a stand to make things different for myself, my patients, and my family. Educating the people around me, empowering others to make changes, and encouraging them along the journey, is the heart of my work.

I received her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, OR. I am a licensed Certified Nutritionist in the State of Washington and work with clients all over the world. In addition, I enjoy being a teaching professor at Biola University. I specialize in functional psychiatry, gut health, autoimmune disease, gut-skin connection and cellular health. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sports Physiology from Biola University in La Mirada, CA and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.

Katrina Baros, Certified Coach

Katrina Baros is a certified Parent Coach and considers it an honor to walk alongside parents in the journey of raising children. In one of the hardest jobs out there, having someone in your corner cheering you on matters, a lot. She equips families in creating a pathway toward hope and transformation through intentional parenting.

PARENTING & FAMILY COACH

  • As a Certified Parent Coach, I have been in your shoes. I knew I wanted a shift in my parenting, but didn’t know how to get there. I read the books, took classes, yet putting these things into practice felt elusive. Until I found the Connected Families Framework. I loved it so much I became a coach.

Drawing on my 15 years of parenting experience, a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education, and parent coaching certification, it’s my deep desire to offer parents a pathway to hope.

Using this framework, I considers it an honor to walk alongside parents on their unique path with all its ups and downs. The coaching process allows families to bring their real-life parenting scenarios to the table to work through. As parents shift from simply aiming for behavior modification to mentoring beliefs in the lives and hearts of our children, our lens and perspective can begin to shift. As parents look into their own beliefs, both about themselves and their children, it can lead to transformation for families.

I look forward to sharing practical tools that will guide your family to find hope and support in the midst of the journey that comes with no manual.

Jeff Lehman, LMHCA

Jeff believes that we all deserve loving relationships—and the first relationship we deserve is the one within ourselves. Using Internal Family Systems and an attachment-based lens, Jeff help adults (especially men) navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and life direction. Together, you'll create space for your inner world to find clarity, connection, and self-compassion to lead healthy, life-giving relationships.

THERAPIST

  • I believe that healing starts in our relationship with ourselves. Before we can fully thrive in connection with others, we need space to understand, accept, and care for every part of who we are. As a therapist, I work primarily with adults—especially men—who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, stress, loneliness, relationship challenges, and questions around meaning, identity, or vocational direction.

My approach is person-centered and attachment-based, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary lens. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and adapt to the needs of each individual. I view every client as inherently worthy and capable of change, and I strive to create a warm, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones carrying pain, shame, or confusion.

A big part of our work may involve learning how to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. Together, we’ll build tools for regulating difficult and stressful emotions, cultivating self-compassion, and creating a safe internal space between who you are and what you feel. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with your story, deepen your sense of self, and move toward more life-giving relationships—both within and around you. Jacklyn Tan, LMHCA, NCC

Jacklyn is a trauma-informed therapist who sees healing as a sacred journey. Drawing from her experience as campus clergy, she offers warm, hope-infused support to individuals and families. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent families (ADHD), the intersection of intergenerational trauma and the immigrant experience, and 12 Steps recovery work. Her practice integrates attachment work, spirituality and multicultural responsiveness and humility to empower clients toward agency, freedom and joy.

THERAPIST

  • I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Bellevue, WA with almost 20 years of experience raising and loving a neurodivergent family and a diverse background in non-profit campus ministry and local parent education and advocacy work.

Born in the Philippines, raised in Canada, and raising a family in the United States, I understand the complexity of navigating bicultural immigrant experience and the overwhelming feeling of unaddressed childhood emotional wounds from intergenerational trauma. As I’ve discovered, sometimes underlying the challenging family dynamics is undiagnosed neurodivergence.

As a parent to neurodivergent children who received a lot of help along the way, I have a passion for supporting tired parents in finding the confidence and skills to love and raise their kids. I also have special interest in helping clients explore existential questions, and if desired, attune to how the spiritual dimension of life can be a source of hope in your healing.

My approach to counseling is a firm belief that healing begins with safe, loving attunement with another person and with oneself. As your therapist, I bring a warm and engaging approach, infused with humor and a dose of seriousness. I honor the sacred trust a client offers when they share their deepest hurts and longings. I’m committed to creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space, being an empathetic witness to your life story, and working with you to discover new insights, perspectives, skills and ways of being to help you live a more abundant life.

Lauren Mooers ADHD Specialist

Lauren Mooers is an ADHD Coach who works directly with people to help develop tools and strategies to manage their ADHD. She holds a BA from Seattle Pacific University and has provided ADHD education to graduate students and licensed professionals. Lauren has a passion to help individuals transform their ADHD from a burden to their greatest superpower.

ADHD COACH

  • I am an ADHD coach who works with both children and adults, including those experiencing executive dysfunction related to other forms of neurodivergence. With a lifelong personal experience of ADHD—diagnosed at age seven—I have navigated the neurotypical world through the lens of a neurodivergent brain. As the child of a special education teacher and a mental health professional, I was fortunate to receive an informed and integrated approach to managing my ADHD early on. When three of my own children were diagnosed, I realized how rare that experience was and how deeply misunderstood ADHD still is.

Driven by both personal experience and a passion to help others, I began turning my own strategies and habits into practical, transferable tools to support my children—and eventually others. My coaching focuses on identifying the root causes of a client’s challenges and developing solutions that are minimally disruptive, realistic, and sustainable. I believes that tools can be both static and dynamic, and that their effectiveness requires regular reflection, adjustment, and an individualized approach.

I see coaching as more than just strategy—it’s about empathy, support, and consistent accountability. My goal is to empower clients to not only manage their ADHD but to embrace the strengths that come with it. ADHD is not something to overcome, but rather something that, with understanding and reframing, can be transformed from a burden into a superpower.

TIFFANY YU, LMFTA

Tiffany has found that love asks more of us than we expect, and that the hardest seasons are often where we grow most deeply into it. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship wounds, medical trauma, and loss, and considers it a profound privilege to help write the next chapter together.

THERAPIST

  • As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), I work relationally and systemically, attending to what happens not only within people but also between them. I have found that relationships carry a history and life of their own, informing how patterns develop and how change is made possible. Grief can quietly, sometimes loudly, rearrange an entire family around itself before anyone realizes what has happened. But loss doesn't have to interrupt love so much as deepen what it asks of us. I believe the soul can grow through suffering, and that a different, even fuller life is possible on the other side.

I work with individuals, couples, and families moving through relationship issues, medical trauma, and grief and loss. I have a particular heart for walking alongside families caring for children with life-threatening or chronic illness: I know something of how isolating that journey can be, and how much innocence is lost.

My approach draws on family systems theory, including Brief Strategic Therapy (MRI) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to understand what's happening between people, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tend to the beautifully intricate world within each person. I practice from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive framework, honoring the unique stories each person and family brings into the room. I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to our time together, with deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and do this work.
